Vin naturellement effervescent à la robe d'un jaune pâle et aux reflets argentés. Arômes très présents de fruits exotiques et de litchis. A servir frais (8°C), entre amis à l'apéritif ou sur un dessert comme une tarte aux poires ou une crème brûlée.
